ABSTRACT |

Every year several drugs were
introduced into the market having particular biological
applications. These new drugs will provide understanding of
molecular recognition which will lead to new drugs synthesis. This
review describes the synthetic approaches of 21 new chemical
entities that were approved in 2019. |
