Abstract

Zinc oxide nanoparticles were synthesized via low temperature solution combustion method with using
different fuels (glycine, citric acid, urea, and raphanus sativus [radish] extract). The particles obtained were
well characterized by powder X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscopy images. DC
conductivity studies were performed in the temperature range 320-385 K.
