Abstract

Optimization of redox titrimetric method for the simultaneous determination of uranous and total uranium in the
process samples of nuclear fuel reprocessing is described in the present paper. The objective of this study was to
reduce the waste volume as well as the sulfate ion concentration in the waste solution. Precision and accuracy
obtained in this method are comparable with the conventional method.
